"Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet was everything you would not expect from him. He has an incredible way about making you cry about the most complex things in life. However, if you are a HUGE Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet fan in that you have not seen his HBO Special from the late 90s, his TV show, his appearances on Late Night TV Talk Shows, his newest Netflix Special etc, be delighted that 99% of his material is fresh.
I was pretty delighted to not hear any old material. Maybe it's my fault for not obsessing over Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet and avoiding every single video I can of his on YouTube, but much of his material is new at his Beacon Theater show."
